How much do you charge?

Every home is different and many things need to be taken into consideration i.e. frequency, number of windows etc. Therefore, all quotations are provided upon viewing of the property.

What if I am not in to pay you?

We will leave a business card with our address details and the amount due so that you can send a cheque. Alternatively, you can contact us for our bank details to arrange a bank transfer.

How will you get access if I am out?

We can text/call you the night before we are due to arrive so that you can leave a gate unlocked.

Can you miss me out this time?

No problem. Just give us a few days notice whatever the reason, i.e. going on holiday, building works etc.

Are you insured?

The company has full Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance and are fully committed to a detailed Health and Safety Policy to ensure the safety of our employees and the public at all times.

I would like the insides done this time too?

Not a problem. Just let us know in advance so that we can ensure that someone will be home when we visit.

Will you come on the same day of every month?

No, unfortunately there are too many other factors which may affect the date of our next visit. However, we will text/call the night before if access is required.
